Springbok Casino account verification: clear it before you cash out
Springbok Casino account verification is the identity check Springbok has to approve before it processes your first withdrawal. You upload colour images of your photo ID, front and back, and a recent proof of address through the Account Verification link in the cashier, plus a photo of you holding the ID if you have deposited with crypto.
You can register, deposit and play without it. Sending the documents before you ask for a payout means the request is not left waiting on paperwork.

When Springbok asks you to verify
Verification is tied to cashing out, not to joining. Springbok's withdrawal authorisation page says the documents are needed before your first withdrawal, and that withdrawals are processed only once the account has been approved. Registering, logging in, redeeming a coupon and playing all work without it. Verified · 9 October 2026
In plain terms, Springbok wants to confirm three things: who you are, where you live and, if you paid in with crypto, that the person holding the ID is the person using the account.
Split into separate items, Springbok's page and its terms ask for up to six things, and only three of them apply to everyone: the front of your ID, the back of it and a proof of address. The verification documents checklist takes all six one at a time, with what each one has to show.
Upload early, not at the last minute
The rule is about the first withdrawal, so the latest sensible moment to upload is just before you ask for one. Uploading soon after your first deposit means a later payout request waits only on Springbok's normal processing days, not on a document review as well.
The Springbok Casino withdrawal authorization page
Springbok keeps its verification rules on a page called Withdrawal Authorization, at springbokcasino.co.za/withdrawal-authorization, rather than in a help article. Every part of this step of the trail relies on it. Open Springbok's withdrawal authorisation page to read it for yourself.
It covers four topics, summarised below. The upload itself happens inside the cashier, after you log in.
| Topic | What it says |
|---|---|
| Documents | Colour ID front and back showing your full name, a proof of address no older than 90 days, an ID selfie if you used crypto, and card or eWallet proof if asked. A South African driver's licence is refused. Full checklist. Verified · 9 October 2026 |
| How to send them | Through the Account Verification link in the cashier. Verified · 9 October 2026 |
| When payouts happen | Monday to Friday only, starting 48 hours after a request, and only for approved accounts. Verified · 9 October 2026 |
| Limits | Check them in the cashier, the page says. Springbok's other pages set a R500 minimum (banking page) and a R25,000 weekly cap (terms). Verified · 9 October 2026 |
How to verify your Springbok account, step by step
- 1
Gather the documents
Work through the document checklist before you log in. You need colour images of both sides of your ID and a proof of address dated within the last 90 days; crypto depositors also need a photo of themselves holding the ID.
Open each image and zoom in before you start: if any line of text is blurred, take the photo again.
- 2
Log in at Springbok
Sign in on springbokcasino.co.za or in the lobby with your usual username and password. The cashier, where the upload link lives, opens only once you are logged in.

- 3
Open the cashier and choose Account Verification
This is the upload route Springbok's withdrawal authorisation page names. Use it rather than sending files by email or chat, unless Springbok's support team asks you to.

- 4
Upload each document
Add the front of your ID, the back, the proof of address and, if you have funded the account with crypto, the photo of you holding the ID. Leave card or eWallet proof until Springbok asks for it.
- 5
Wait for approval
Springbok does not publish how long its review takes. Once the account is approved, withdrawal requests are processed Monday to Friday, from 48 hours after you make them.

The deadline in Springbok's terms
The withdrawal authorisation page lists the documents. Springbok's Terms & Conditions (version 1.6) say what happens when they do not arrive, and they put a time limit on it:
Springbok's terms on missing documents
Springbok's terms (v1.6, effective 4 March 2026) say all withdrawals are subject to verification, including valid proof of ID, address and deposit methods. If documents are not provided within four weeks, the account may be locked and winnings voided. Players may be asked for source-of-funds documents, and withdrawals go only to accounts the player owns. Springbok's terms · 9 October 2026
Three practical points follow from that clause:
- Treat a document request as urgent. The terms allow four weeks, not an open-ended window, and they do not say exactly when that period starts. Answer any request from Springbok promptly and note the date it arrived.
- Verification is not a one-off. The same clause makes every withdrawal subject to it, so Springbok can ask again later, for instance for proof of a payment method you have used.
- A locked account is a matter for support. The cashier cannot undo it. Ask Springbok's support team, by live chat or at help@springbokcasino.co.za, what it needs from you.
After you upload: what is known and what is not
| Stage | What Springbok's pages tell you |
|---|---|
| Review | No review time is published, so this guide does not quote one. |
| Approved | Withdrawals can now be processed. Requests are handled Monday to Friday, starting 48 hours after each one is made. Verified · 9 October 2026 |
| Extra documents | Card or eWallet proof may be requested, and the terms also let Springbok ask where your money came from. Verified · 9 October 2026 |
| Payout | By Bitcoin and Wire Transfer only, from R500, to an account in your own name. Verified · 9 October 2026 |
Verification is only one of the checks before money leaves your balance. Each deposit also has to be wagered at least once, and any bonus played through in full; how to withdraw money from Springbok lists every check in order.
Rules on the page that are easy to miss
Each item below breaks a rule printed on Springbok's own page, so any one of them could lead to a request for a fresh upload:
- A South African driver's licence sent as the photo ID. The page rules it out.
- Only the front of the ID. Both sides are required.
- A black-and-white scan or photocopy. The page asks for a colour copy.
- An ID that does not show your full name.
- A proof of address older than 90 days.
- No photo holding the ID, on an account that has used crypto.
The name on your account matters here too. If you are still setting up, register with your name exactly as it appears on your ID, so the documents and the account tell the same story.
Questions readers ask
Do I need to verify my Springbok account before I can play?
No. Springbok ties verification to the first withdrawal. You can register, deposit and play first, but no withdrawal is processed until your documents are approved.
How long does Springbok Casino verification take?
Springbok does not publish a review time. What it does publish is the processing rule for approved accounts: withdrawals are handled Monday to Friday, starting 48 hours after the request. Uploading early keeps the review out of the way of your first payout.
Where do I upload my Springbok verification documents?
In the cashier, through the Account Verification link. That is the route Springbok's withdrawal authorisation page names. Log in first, because the cashier is only available to signed-in players.
What happens if I never send the documents?
Springbok's terms say the account may be locked and winnings voided if the documents are not provided within four weeks. The deadline section on this page quotes the clause in full.
Will Springbok ask for documents again later?
Possibly. The withdrawal authorisation page asks for the core documents before the first withdrawal, but the terms make all withdrawals subject to verification and allow requests for card, eWallet or source-of-funds proof. Keep your files to hand.
