Springbok's Terms & Conditions (version 1.6, in force since 4 March 2026) apply two separate country tests: one for opening and using an account, and one for claiming bonuses. The clause is worded around where you live. It does not say how Springbok treats a visitor or someone on holiday, so ask support in writing before you play from abroad.

Springbok casino bonus countries
Passing the first test lets you play with your own money. To redeem a coupon, including TEST-SPRINGBOK and the welcome codes, you must also be a player from one of the five countries in the bonus clause: South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland (Eswatini today), Lesotho and Mozambique. Outside those five, you can still deposit and play without a bonus. Keep in mind that the proof of address Springbok asks for before your first withdrawal shows where you live, so Springbok sees your country before it pays out any bonus winnings.
Playing without a bonus
No-bonus play is simpler than it sounds, because most of the bonus rules fall away. There is no playthrough multiple, the R100 bet cap that applies while a bonus is active does not bind you (each game keeps its own table limits), and there is no list of games that count, so table games and video poker are open on equal terms. One currency for every country
Every Springbok account runs in South African rand, whichever country you join from. If your own bank account runs in another currency, your bank or card issuer handles the conversion and sets the rate.

Travelling, moving and your proof of address
Springbok decides who you are, and where you live, from the documents it asks for before your first withdrawal: colour photo ID showing your full name and a recent proof of address, which has to fall inside a date limit Springbok sets. - On holiday abroad. The restricted clause covers residents, and the terms say nothing about short trips. Springbok does not say whether it treats a login from a restricted country differently, so ask support before you play away from home.
- Moving to another country. Tell Springbok's support team before you deposit from the new address. If you move to one of the four restricted countries, the clause applies to you from then on; if you move outside the five bonus countries, stop redeeming coupons.
- Proof of address from a new home. A bill or statement older than the limit will be refused, so wait for a recent one before you request a payout. The verification documents checklist lists what counts.
